We wanted
to let you know that Matt did an amazing job at our wedding and we were
so pleased with his professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to
making our wedding a great one. He did what he needed to do
to get everyone up and dancing all night long - something we
haven't seen at a wedding
in a while. We had an amazing time and many of our fun
memories come from the dance floor thanks to Matt!

Smooth
Flowing Receptions
Don't Happen By Accident, Their Carefully Planned & Executed |
 |
|
Your
DJ is responsible for so much more than just playing music.
The
entertainment you choose will be responsible not only for the music,
but also for making sure the reception flows smoothly from beginning to
end. It all begins well in advance during the planning
process,
where we actually spend approximately 20-30 hours during the planning
stages of each reception we do.
Sound
Sensations Entertainment DJ's never work alone. We are part
of
team, and everyone on the team needs to work together to ensure the
success of your event.
Your Sound Sensations Entertainment DJ, will go out of their way to
communicate details with your:
- Ceremony
Officiate
- Photographer
- Videographer
- Venue
& Staff/Caterer
- Wedding
Planner
How
many companies do you know, that gather this information from you in
advance? When everyone is on the same page together, your
reception will flow better.
In addition, if you are still looking for a wedding vendor, we have
some excellent venues & vendors
that we
recommend. |
 |
Your DJ will make sure each key vendor involved in your ceremony and/or
reception has a copy of the agenda/planner in advance.
In
addition, your DJ will also make sure all of the little things are
taken care of too, so you can relax.
 |
Your Sound Sensations
Entertainment DJ always communicates effectively with you, your
vendors, and your guests to insure:
- Dinner is ready to be
served
before introducing the blessing
- The photographer is ready
before
introducing the toasts or feature dances
- That there is a knife on
the
cake table before announcing the cake cutting
- Anyone giving a toast,
knows
when they will give their toasts, and that they will be introduced by
the DJ in advance
- Champaign has been poured
for
toasts, prior to introducing the toasts
- Mom, Dad and anyone else
involved in a feature dance is ready before they are announced
- The Bride has her bouquet
before
the bouquet toss
- The bridal party members
are
lined up for the grand march and know what they are suppose to do, and
where they should walk
These
are just a few key examples of how we will insure that your reception
flows smoothly from beginning to end, ask your DJ for their
comprehensive checklist. |
All
of our DJ's follow a 91-point
checklist of details, along with your personalized plannersto
ensure every aspect of your reception is memorable, smooth flowing,
fun, and entertaining. Ask your DJ to show you the checklist,
we
don't leave any details unturned. How many other
DJ's or
entertainment companies do you know that do this?
When your wedding reception flows smoothly, and is properly
coordinated, all of your guests walk away feeling like they were a part
of the event, and that the event's tend to be so much better, than
other weddings they have attended.
Remember, your DJ is
responsible
for more than just music at your wedding reception!
