Coordination

Your DJ is responsible for so much more than just playing music.   The entertainment you choose for your reception will be responsible for not only the music, but also for making sure the reception flows smoothly from beginning to end.   It all begins well in advance during the planning process, where we spend approximately 20-30 hours during the planning stages of each reception that we do.

Your DJ never works alone.   We are part of a team, and everyone on the team needs to work together to ensure the success of your reception.

Your wedding DJ will go out of there way to communicate details with your:

Ceremony Officiate
Photographer
Videographer
Venue & Staff/Caterer
Wedding Planner

How many companies do you know that gather this information from you in advance?   When everyone is on the same page together, your reception will flow better.   Your experienced wedding DJ will make sure each key vendor involved in your ceremony/reception has a copy of the agenda in advance.   In addition, your DJ will also make sure all of the little things are taken care of, so you can relax.

Your wedding DJ always communicates effectively with you, your vendors, and your guests to insure:

Dinner is ready to be served before introducing the blessing
There is a knife on the cake table before announcing the cake cutting
All toasts are introduced, and the VIP’s know when they will take place
The bride has her bouquet before the toss
The bridal party members are lined up and know what they are suppose to do

These are just a few key examples of how we will insure that your reception flows smoothly from beginning to end.    We follow a 91 point checklist, along with your personalized planners, and our one on one planning sessions to make sure every detail is taken care of for a fun, memorable, smooth flowing reception that everyone will rave about!

Remember your DJ is responsible for more than just music at your reception!
