I've Booked Entertainment, Next Steps...

Congratulations on your engagement! We are so glad you’ve booked your entertainment with us. We’ve put together a helpful post to guide you through the next steps regarding your wedding entertainment.


Your wedding celebration should be a reflection of both of you, so we have put together several planning forms to help you in your wedding celebration planning in creating a once-in-a-lifetime memorable experience. You don’t need to fill out every form, only the one’s that apply to your wedding celebration. We recommend to fill out the forms a little bit at a time, each planning form can be saved with your email address, and then loaded later for reference, additions, and deletions.

You will want to meet with your DJ approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date, so we can put together a complete outline & make sure everyone is on the same page. Good luck & happy planning!


Celebration Planning Tools, Checklists, & Planners:
One Year Wedding Planning Checklist – Great planning Checklist to stay organized.

Wedding Ceremony Planner – If we are providing sound reinforcement for your ceremony, we will need this information.

Wedding Reception Planner – This is the blueprint to your reception, & everything that we will want to know, please try to have it filled out as much as possible before our meeting.

Your Wedding Soundtrack/Requests – Visit our music database & create a list of some songs you definitely know you will want played at your reception, as well as a do not playlist if you have any

Slide Show Instructions– If we are producing a slide show for you, we will want this information, pictures are required in our office at least 6 weeks in advance.

Custom Recordings – Are we creating a custom recording for you? This could be a first dance, father/daughter recording, parent dance recording, or your vows, or something else, if so, you will want to check out this planning form.
Bride & Groom Trivia – Are you doing a buffet style dinner? Trivia is a great way to get your guests engaged in the fun, this planner contains all of the questions we need to know to have a little trivia fun during dinner. (This could also be done instead of glass clinking).

Uplighting Color Chart – Are we uplighting your venue for your wedding celebration? There are millions of color combinations that you could choose. Match your colors to our uplighting color chart. Just make sure you add the name of the color, along with the RGB % number to your reception planner. Also, please keep in mind that colors may not be exact at your venue due to the wall color, natural lighting etc, we will do our best to match the color as close as possible.
