Congratulations to the newlyweds Brian Fossum & Stephanie Nakano, who celebrated with their closest family and friends at the Madison Concourse Hotel in downtown Madison. Shawn & Julianne from the Concourse Hotel were amazing to work with! We also had a great crew of vendors who did an amazing job including Chris from Ari Rosenthal Photography, videography from Sheepshead Studios, Flowers from The Flower Studio, and amazing dessert treats from Madison Sweets on State St.

It was so much fun getting to know this couple over the last several months and collaborating on their reception celebration. Brian & Stephanie are UW-Madison alums, and got engaged at Camp Randall Stadium on May 23rd, 2015.

We decked out the ballroom with Mint Green Uplighting. Following dinner, guests were released to the dessert table with fun trivia about Brian & Stephanie.

One of the my favorite highlights of the night was bringing out the UW-Alums and playing Varsity from the UW Marching band along with Jump Around by House of Pain back to back. The photo booth was a huge hit, all night long, and started during the cocktail hour to engage the guests. It also doubled as Brian & Stephanie’s guest book.
