Jase + Kayla's Celebration at The Ballroom at The Reserve, Neenah, WI

On Saturday, November 11, 2023, Kayla & Jase tied the knot at The Ballroom at the Reserve in Neenah WI.   Julie Hart and her staff are always wonderful to work, and this past weekend was no exception.  Their ceremony with about 180 of their family and friends was at 3pm in the main ballroom, with cocktails and the reception across the hall to follow.

Following the ceremony, guests moved across the hall for cocktails where we played an ecclectic upbeat tempo mix of modern music, while the main ballroom was flipped for the dinner.   We introduced the wedding party into the ballroom with Walk The Moon's Shut Up and Dance, followed by Kayla & Jase's introduction to "Crazy in Love" by Beyonce. 

Three Guys a Grill catered the buffet where we released tables with a fun trivia question all about Kayla & Jase!  So much fun for the guests!

Following dinner, guests moved back across the hall to the cocktail for a fun night of dancing with our fun photo booth and a curated custom playlist that kept their guests on the dance floor from beginning to end.  In fact, dancing started at 6:45pm and didn't stop until 11:45pm!   During the planning process, Kayla & Jase knew they wanted a packed dance floor, and keeping it full was super important!   The dance floor was lit!  Literally all night, from beginning to end! So much Fun

One of my favorite highlights was all of the guests singing and waving their foam glow stick all night long on the dance floor, especially during the Alternative set of songs that included:  Mr. Brightside, All the Small Things, Sugar, We're Goin Down, My Own Worst Enemy, Stacy's Mom, and 1985 all mixed together in a row!   There was so much ENERGY!!
