Planning a wedding that feels fun, relaxed, and completely you?  Meghan & Tallon’s celebration at Brighton Acres on May 16th had it all. From dusty blue uplighting, 2000s dance floor bangers, a photo booth that stayed busy all night, and personal touches throughout the day, their wedding was equal parts joyful and meaningful.

Barn Ceremony

Set against the scenic backdrop of Brighton Acres, the ceremony began with soft modern music in the barn at Brighton Acres to welcome guests at 3:30 PM.

Officiated by Ember Berns, their ceremony was simple, heartfelt, and deeply personal. With family & friends watching, the atmosphere was warm, stress-free, and full of love.

Cocktail Hour & Country Vibes

After the “I do’s,” guests enjoyed drinks and mingled during a country-meets-modern cocktail hour, with music from artists like Jelly Roll  and Luke Bryan  playing in the bar area and main dining area, thanks to our additional speaker setup. It set a laid-back, feel-good tone that perfectly matched the couple’s vision.

Grand Entrances & Dinner

Just before 6:00 pm, Ed from Sound Sensations Entertainment, hyped up the crowd with high-energy intros:

• Bridesmaids: Formation – Beyoncé

Dinner followed (buffet-style, courtesy of Parker Johns), with a fun twist — we used fun multiple-choice trivia to release tables! Once everyone had eaten, we rolled into toasts from the Maid of Honor (Cassidy), Best Man (Jack), and Meghan’s parents.

Cupcakes from Taylor’s Treats were served alongside photo booth fun, with smiling faces and giggles all night to a shiny, shimmery, silver sequin backdrop!

This part of the night was full of emotional, custom-picked songs that told their story:

At about 9:00 pm, guests were treated to a s’mores bar and candy station—a perfect touch for a wedding that included families.  The night wrapped up with everyone chanting one more song, as Meghan & Talon’s DJ/MC, Ed E ended the night with “Die With a Smile” by Bruno Mars wrapping up at 10:30 PM.
