Song Ideas For Wedding Slide Shows

One of the biggest trends we have seen at receptions over the last 12 months is the increase in the number of couples sharing a slide show with their guests during the reception, we’ve put together some great song ideas for a wedding slide show. We also provide this option, and can put together a slide show for your reception. I have found that the best slide shows are the ones that songs that really tell the story.
Pictures on the screen are great, but when you add the perfect song that tells a story, it really brings the slide show to life. There a couple of areas where slide shows work great at your wedding celebration. One option is to put your slide show on a loop during the cocktail and/or dinner hours. This will allow your guests to be engaged during the time as they are eating to watch the slide show periodically and have something to do as they are waiting for the rest of the festivities to begin. The other option is to show it post dinner, typically during dessert. The DJ can make a quick announcement that it will be starting, and then play it through once for everyone to see.

I also recommend whether someone is putting together the slide show, or you are doing it yourself. Try to limit the pictures to approximately 100. This will make your slide show about 10 minutes in length. Anything longer than that, and your guests will start to lose interest.
